Terms of Service
These terms apply when you request a sample page from ProductMono or buy one of our plans. "We" means ProductMono. "You" means the business buying or receiving our pages. Contact: hello@productmono.com.
1. Free sample pages
We may build a concept page for your product using publicly available information, such as your product listings and public customer reviews. Sample pages are unlisted, marked as concepts, and not published anywhere search engines index. They're free, and you have no obligation to buy. A sample page remains our work: you may view it and share it inside your company, but you may not copy, republish or use it (including its text, layout or images) in ads, on your own site or anywhere else unless you buy a plan. We take a sample page down within 24 hours of your request, and within 1 hour if you ask us to remove it because of how it uses your brand.
2. What you buy
Each plan includes the deliverables listed on our pricing section at the time you pay: Founding ($497, limited to our first 10 clients), Core ($997) or Scale ($1,997). Prices are one-time payments in US dollars.
3. Delivery
- Page 1, the sample you reviewed, goes live when your payment completes.
- Your other pages and ad hooks are delivered within 48 hours of you submitting the intake form. The clock starts on intake, not on payment. Scroll-played video effects on the Scale plan are delivered within 72 hours of intake.
- Each plan includes one round of revisions per page, requested within 14 days of delivery.
- If we miss a delivery time, we'll tell you before you have to ask, and add something to make up for it.
4. The guarantee
If your new pages don't get more visitors to buy than your current page within 30 days, we rebuild them free. "Visitors to buy" means conversion rate (purchases divided by visitors from comparable traffic), not total sales, which also depend on ad spend, season and stock. You may skip the test; the guarantee still applies during those 30 days. The remedy under the guarantee is a free rebuild.
5. Refunds
Because page 1 goes live at payment, payments are not refundable once page 1 is live, except where we fail to deliver what you paid for. If we can't deliver, we refund the undelivered part.
6. Your content and permissions
- You authorize us to use product images, product information and public customer reviews from your store and listings on your pages.
- You confirm you have the right to let us use anything you send us, such as photos or logos.
- Founding plan only: you allow us to publish your page results as a case study. We'll show you the case study before it's published.
- Once paid, you may use your pages and ad hooks for your own business without limit.
7. How we build
Pages are built by AI agents. Every claim on a page is checked against your real reviews or product facts before it goes live. AI-generated images of people are labeled as AI-generated, and we never present an AI-generated person as a customer or reviewer. Review quotes are verbatim and attributed.
8. Hosting
We host your pages on productmono.com. Pages stay online for at least 12 months after delivery. You can ask us for the files at any time.
9. Limits
We don't promise any level of sales or revenue. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version in force when you pay applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
